The Lord showed Kathie to teach her youngsters that they could touch their own things,
but nobody else's (including hers) without asking 1st.
Kathy reminded her children how it felt when other kids had taken their belongings, without first asking.
Chapter 7 Screaming and Whining are unnecessary according to the Holy Spirit.
Teach your young children to think, speak loudly if necessary & to ask the Holy Spirit to direct them in an emergency. Outlaw them being in control of/manipulating/dominating those in authority over them.
This applies also to infants.
Such "behavior patterns can open the children up to (obnoxious) strong self will & even demonic spirits."
Strong self will opposes not only parents & others, it also blocks the will of the Father God.
Best to nip these things in the bud - before they blossom/take root.
Chapter 9 The Gifts of the Spirit - for Parents - Disallow children/students to interrupt unless it is important.
Teach them to allow the authority/adult to finish the sentence, before saying, "Excuse me."
Chapter 11 Children and "Church" - Youth living under a parent's roof need to be subservient to house rules.
That home is a spiritual/mental/ physical covering where (whether it is brushing of teeth, attending school or church attendance) family routines are mandatory not optional.
Same principles can be transferred to Sunday School, church, etc. where an adult is in authority (with the mutual understanding that no evil is being perpetrated).
Chapter 12 Allowing Them to Choose - "It is very hard for a young person to come under the authority & discipline of the Lord, if he or she ahs never come under the authority land discipline of their parents...
It isn't a loving thing to allow a child to 'do his own thing.'"

and the destruction of Babylon. When caught up in the Spirit the children speak the language of the Bible, French, although their mother tongue is the local patois. They can neither read nor write.
Children & adults alike don't remember what they said when they 'come back', or very little.

Everything starts in the Dauphiné with a shepherdess, in 1688. Isabeau Vincent, 15 years old, speaks with her eyes closed, comments on the Bible & calls sinners to repent.
People listen to her. She was arrested, thrown in jail, but she keeps preaching."

There believers continued to meet in secret 'Assemblies,' sometimes in caves, literally 'underground.'
As the authorities continued to hunt them down, open war resulted in this area between 1702-1704.
These particular Huguenots became known as the 'Camisards.'
Many testimonies have survived of signs & wonders among them.
Many prophesied, even very young children.
Often they were warned by the Spirit of impending danger from enemy forces & were saved from death or capture."

																									GOD OFTEN COMES IN THE BACK DOOR. (Edited Excerpt) 

																									I was in a meeting in Columbus, Ohio where David had been preaching and the Spirit was moving everywhere. 
A small girl came up to me, the little ones had been released from the nursery because they thought the meeting upstairs with the “BIG people” had finished. Well I knelt down to ask the child what she wanted (she was tugging on my skirt). She started to speak to me and suddenly God came upon her. The little girls was gesturing with her arms, & she was suddenly “frozen.” That’s an expression I use, it has been used in times of revival. 
But I don’t know if this has ever happened to you? If not, don’t worry, it will.. but the presence of God comes on you so strong that you really can’t move, not even bat an eyelid. The person is encased in the Presence of God. Usually you are taken by the Spirit into heaven or even to another country or to a place somewhere in the Spiritual realm which is not of this earth. 
Well the little girl was “gone away.” In Scotland years ago, during times of revival, when people were encased like that in God’s presence they would say they had “ gone away” ( in the spirit).

																									I waited & 2 other small children came from behind and leaned around the girl to see what she was doing, but as soon as they got close to her, this awesome presence fell on them too and they all stood frozen like statues with their hands raised. One girl had her arms stretched out in front of her.  They stayed like this, frozen. 
The Presence around them was so strong.

																									I stood up & was keeping an eye on them because I know when that happens you can’t tell how long they will be- an hour, 3 hours? A day? Well after about an hour I saw 1 of them move very slightly. 
When the anointing lifts it is very gradually, not suddenly. I knelt down again & waited. 
When the Holy Spirit lifted from the 1st little child who had been talking to me, she opened her eyes and looked at me & continued with the same sentence that she started in the beginning. 
I asked them afterwards if they remembered anything? 
One said, “Jesus was hugging me close & whispering to me about my future.” @ www.kathiewaltersministry.com

When they discovered her, Alice cried out to her, “We thought we would never see our Laura Ann again.”

Reluctant as I was to think it, it sounded precisely like the activity of some demonic mocking spirit.

I tried to sound casual as I made the suggestion to Laura:
'You know, honey, that sounds a little like it might be an evil spirit.' 'Uh-huh.’ ’Want to get rid of it?' Laura nodded.
I was grateful that the children knew about the ministry that I was getting into & accepted it quite naturally….
From what Laura had said I assumed the spirit’s name would be mockery,
but to my surprise, when I commanded it to name itself, Laura answered firmly,
'Fear.' As I ordered the spirit of fear to come out, Laura grabbed herself across the midriff.
Then she straightened up.
'I felt it leave,' said matter-of-factly. 'I’m fine now. G’nite, Daddy.' She snuggled down against her pillow….
'Daddy?' Laura’s sleepy voice reached me at the door. 'I think I know when that old spirit came in.' 'You do? When?'
'Well, you know this afternoon when you & Mommy were so mad at me? You said you might never see me again?
Daddy, I got so scared. I felt something laughing ever since.'…
This was how I began to explore, quite by accident within my own family, the ways in which an evil spirit can gain entry into the system.
What happened with Laura, I felt, was that because of the afternoon’s trauma a crack appeared in her natural defenses. As a child of God she was ordinarily protected from such invasions.
Actually, however, It must work out often for us that because of some disturbance – a shock, an illness, an accident, our normal defences are let down.
Obviously it doesn’t take long for an evil spirit to take advantage of the situation, get in & start doing its dirty work."

EMMA: That was when I got filled with the Spirit of God. I'd left home. I'd gone to study at university & was (spiritually) hungry. Holy Spirit fell on me. I passed out on the floor. I went straight into this extreme, open vision.
There were chariots & angels, coming out of the sky towards me. I was speaking in tongues. Couldn't move for hours & had to be carried back to my room. I thought that happens to everybody, but (no) everybody doesn’t know when the bomb’s going to go off or when there's going to be somebody shot dead?
It wasn't until later that I realized that (neither foreknowledge nor Holy Spirit baptism) is not everybody's experience. However, it should be. It can be.
I believe that God is calling people into that place where they can be wildly encountering their God.

SID: You said to me that every believer, whether they're 6 or 96 years of age, can operate in this supernatural knowledge or prophesy.

EMMA: Totally.
I think we have got to get over our false humility & low self esteem (satan’s attempt to) disqualify us.
We're children of the Most High God. The word of God is clear: You can all prophesy. I believe that it's not just wee sweet words. God just thinks you're awesome. I believe it's more than just activating people to hear God.
It's activating people to be weapons in the hand of God.
SID: You raised your children when they were little to operate this way.

EMMA: They blow my mind. I think children are so easy to teach.
We've raised them in this supernatural environment.
Let me tell you a story about my gorgeous daughter. So she's 17.
ast year she said, “I want to travel the world with you.
I want to prophesy.” I said, Jessica, you can travel the world as long as you can match me toe to toe on a microphone, on a platform. So you need to prove to me that your prophetic skill is at a higher level.
She's like, “I'm going to show you.”
So she went onto the street. She found the most demonized looking person she could.
She said, “Mommy, she was head to toe in black. She had demonic nail polish & demonic jewelry on.
She had her friend with her.”
She said, “I walked up to her and said, ‘I believe in Jesus & Jesus wants to talk to you.’”

EMMA: It's not just that we've trained them to prophesy, heal the sick & cast out demons. I think that the younger they are sometimes the better at deliverance they are, because they're in such a purity of faith.
I'm like, “Go get her girl.”
So Jessica said to her, “I believe that Jesus wants to speak to you. I'm going to try to persuade you out of your satanic coven.” She was like, “I'd like to see you try.” Jessica said this to her. “
You've just been diagnosed with breast cancer, haven't you?” The woman just looked stunned.

EMMA: This is a 17 year old navigating the usual stuff of high school. You know, all the nonsense that our children have to face. She said to this lady, “Put your hand on that cancerous lump. You're going to feel it dissolve as you touch it, as a sign of how much Jesus loves you.” That woman got healed of breast cancer in the street by a teenage practicing & trying to prove to her mom that she could hear the voice of God.
SID: Emma, you have the most sensational keys that you teach to walk in the power, prophecy & speak words of knowledge.
EMMA: I think we pray in tongues a lot. If you don't have the gift of speaking in tongues, you need to ask for it right now, because tongues is like a motor, a generator.
The more you speak in tongues, the easier it is to bring a word to the Lord & revelation.
But more than that, because Jude says, build yourself up in your most Holy faith.
The more you pray by speaking in tongues, the more you get built up (like a battery). It's a faith builder.
We actually have evidence that when we get sick or unwell and we pray in tongues, the sickness just disappears, because of the nature of how that gift starts to build up & establish you in strength (& health reserve).

That's a massive top tip, but the key to this gift above everything else is practice. If you don't practice, you will always hit a glass ceiling. It does NOT matter how much you pray or fast, unless you have got to the place where you put the English (native) language or your language (mouth/tongues) on the moving of the (Holy) spirit, then you will always be capped. I worked in pharmaceuticals for years.
I used to drive around in my car with my legal drugs in the back.
I would drive past people at top speed. I was never going to see or talk to them.
I didn't know who they were, but I would allow God to highlight somebody out the window of the car.
I would start to put English words on what I felt the spirit of God would be saying to them.
Should I ever have a conversation? I spent hours just practicing (in tongues/an unknown spiritual language).
So when I (heard & obeyed Holy Spirit &) came to the point (of ministering to) somebody with skin on, I already had hours of practice tucked under my belt. Now I'm perpetually frustrated with my own prophetic level.
I don't know a prophet who ever feels they've arrived. So I practice. I walk my dog in the park.
I'm saying TO the trees, trees, “Do you know what God is going to do in this area of Scotland?”
I fly in the airplane. I say, “Do you know what God is going to do over the nation I'm flying over.” Why?
Because I'm continually in this practice place, so that when it matters, when it's a queen, a politician, a UN ambassador, that I have practiced enough (my spirit has chatted with Holy Spirit enough) to know what God actually thinks in an instant.
I'm going to release 2 things. I'm going to release you into a lifestyle of (1) practicing (being in) God’s presence & (2) practicing hearing His voice. I'm going to loose such a surge of courage in you that people are going to go, “What happened to you? You're so changed.” So I want you to raise your hands.
Grab hold of this as I release it to you. Okay?
in the name of Jesus, King above all Kings, I loose you into the deep waters of a lifestyle of revelation, of what I know of practice, of what I know the day to day art of hearing His voice.

In Guatemalan culture there is great shame and condemnation on mothers who give birth to deformed or stillborn children. We prayed a simple prayer that everything would go well with the funeral & burial of the baby & that the mother would be spared the shame & condemnation associated with having given birth to a stillborn child. As we were praying this simple prayer, my friend & fellow ministry team member, Julia (age 17), told me that we needed to pray over the baby's body.
I thought she was crazy to suggest this & that it was not a good idea. Julia was persistent.
She said again that we really needed to pray over the baby's body.
She told me to ask the mother if she still had the baby's body.
When I asked, the mother told us the baby's body was wrapped up in a burial cloth in the backroom.
I asked her if we could pray over the body. The mother hesitantly said, yes. We went into the back-room & saw the baby's body wrapped up in a bundle on the bed. Julia poked her head out of the back room & asked if she could unwrap the baby's head. The mother said, yes, if we wrapped it back correctly when we were done.
Julia picked up the body & unwrapped the head. The baby's head was tiny & pale. The baby was stillborn & had been dead outside the womb for 27 hours. Her skin had turned shades of purple. Our entire ministry team of 5 began crying & praying over this baby. We prayed for 30-40 minutes. At the end of that time, Julia screamed out to God, telling him that she believed with all of her heart that this baby could be raised from the dead. After Julia screamed out, everyone was silent. We were quietly interceding & praying.
Within a few minutes, the baby started moving. Then the baby coughed & began crying.
The mother came rushing into the room. She was screaming, what is going on? No one could answer her.
We were just staring at the baby, who had come back to life. The mother asked us again, what is going on?
She began crying as she saw that her baby was alive. She ran out of the house & banged on every door in the village, telling all of the people that God is real because her baby was alive.
Within about 30 minutes, the baby's skin tone & movements had become completely normal.
The other villagers came to the house to see this amazing miracle.
They asked us which of the Indian gods we had prayed to for such a miracle to happen. We told them we had prayed to the biggest God ever & we began to explain to them about Jesus. Soon, we realized we would not have time to minister salvation to each person individually. So, we gathered all the villagers together, turned on our little sound system & explained the way of salvation. Everyone in the village, 80-90 people, prayed to receive Jesus.
Each of them was baptized in the Holy Spirit & began speaking in tongues.
Many would fall to the ground as the power of the Holy Spirit came on them.
5 days later, we returned to the village to check in on the mother & the baby.
The village had prepared a big dinner in honor of our team.
We enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship together. The baby, whom they named Julia, was perfectly healthy & had gained weight. Even after 5 days, the mother was still shaking from the impact of God on her life through the resurrection of her child. 2 days after our follow-up visit, the mother brought baby Julia to church. The mother was still shaking from the power of God on her life following this astounding miracle. (Testimony given by) Abby"

We are to mentor our infants/toddlers/pre-schoolers to spiritually heal & reign.

                     Mentoring/parenting/baby-sitting
                                                             unveiling/planting spiritual truths
                                                                      especially exposing evil

Some children receive Jesus as Messiah at the age of 3. John the Baptist received the Holy Spirit in the womb.
Most children can readily receive Christ as Savior by the 1st grade, when most can discern between fantasy & reality. It is imperative that they also receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
Then, one needs to immediately have them become aware of the enemy of their Lord & of themselves.
If toddlers can become victimized by demons then they can also become warriors for God's kingdom.
Caretakers, take those stories or nursery rhymes & expose the invisible spiritual enemy.
Read or tell the story or even have the child tell or finish the story for or to you.
Teach your youngster how to use a concordance. Use it together.
Then together look up & read aloud corresponding scripture. Maybe even memorize together.
Next share the spiritual comparisons. Each time you 2 do this always review the spiritual implications.
The reverse can also be done. After reading scripture, share the secular tale illustrated by the children's story.
Many children's stories can be used to expose the wiles of God's enemy, Satan.
However, it is imperative that you repeatedly advise the preschool child that a fictional tale is imaginary & that scripture is NOT.
NEVER intentionally permit a situation to arise (like Santa) where the child will have to realize that he has been lied to by you. Satan is the author of lies.
You do not want to be the cause of the child later rejecting you, scripture or God due to deceit.

Finally, remind the children that the enemy is always just a bad guy God allows to help us grow up in Him.
For instance, a gentle spanking should not harm us, but steer us like a rudder of a boat.
The blue mold on bread should not harm us but be a penicillin drug to heal us.

The point is to show from their and God's perspective that all things in Jesus can work our for good.
