When you learn to fly there's an 'amateur' or beginner's area where you learn to fly. 
There's actually stands there like in a football stadium; all your family and friends come to watch you for the 1st time. And I can tell you what, it is absolutely hilarious. You see people spinning, because they don't know how to take off right, before their lessons. You see people like going through the air. You know they think they're a Peter Pan wanna-be or something. But finally when you get to the instructor, and he teaches you. You have to practice. You literally take off like Superman and fly through the air. It's so exciting. Everywhere you go in the amusement park, you fly. You don't walk. Everybody does.  Then you go into the rest of the amusement park which is when you've really gotten good, either medium to excellent in your flight. People just streak back & forth so quickly in the skies of Heaven. Especially in the amusement park, you do get to fly like Superman. It's awesome!"

KAREN: I was convinced God would rescue me but I was tired of fires.  The Lord said to me, "If you would just lift your hands in the air and you will praise Me and you will give Me glory."  God said, "I'll carry you into the next realm."  I told the kids; they were worshipers. I said, "Come on we've got to worship.  We've got to praise the Lord."  We just lifted our hands in the air & began to praise.   I just want to say if you're out there right now and you're just being crushed, every wall is caving in, if you would just give him glory, if you would just lift your hands and praise him, God is going to carry you through...
KAREN: Oh for sure.  (after being beaten) I laid on the ground & left my body.  I couldn't breathe. 
All of a sudden I'm just in the air with Jesus...I feel the Lord had put this in my heart, because afterwards I thought it was a strange thing to be praying when there was no life in my body laying there in front of the church. 
I began to tell the Lord, "Lord they're laughing at You.  They're blaspheming You.  Your enemies are mocking You...I have no breath.  I'm laying there like a piece of flesh."  A woman, an Israeli came out of the church, Kathy.  She began to pray in tongues. 
Then I heard a heavenly choir...this angel singing.  It was just so beautiful.  Next thing I know it was like a lighting bolt hit me, the breath of God comes back in me and I'm on my feet.  I really felt like I shot into the air, but I'm standing on the earth.  I tell my secretary, "Give me the flag." 
I didn't even know my wrist was fractured.  I began to wave the flag wildly.  They were watching. 
I was just waving this flag in front of their cameras just screaming, "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus."
SID:  Then a group of Chinese came to Israel.  They had (played) these big drums.
KAREN: 72 hours. 
SID: This was spiritual warfare at the highest level.  What happened at the end of 72 hours?
KAREN: It was so wonderful, because when they arrived they said, "Pastor Karen we know how to fight the dragon."  They just beat those drums for 3 days & prophesied. 
I felt it in the spirit.  All of a sudden I felt a flood of peace. 
I knew the stronghold had fallen.

Both Benny Hinn and David Herzog share that they have worship and praise music on 24/2007 (continually/sunrise to sunset/all day long), which helps them and their family stay plugged into God. 
They recommend that others follow this holy habit.

Scripture

1st SAMUEL 16:12-16 KJV    The Lord said, "Arise, anoint him, for this is he."  Then Samuel took the horn of oil & anointed him in the midst of his brothers.  The Spirit of the Lord came upon David from that day forward...
But, the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the Lord troubled him.  Saul's servants said to him, "Behold now, an evil spirit from God troubles you.  Let our lord now command your servants, which are before you, to seek out a man, who is a cunning player on a harp. It shall come to pass, when the evil spirit from God is upon you, that he shall play (music/hymns) with his hand, & you shall be well."  (Spiritual insight: Evil spirit was NOT from God, but allowed by God)
1st SAMUEL 16:22-23 KJV - (King) Saul sent to Jesse (David's dad), saying, "Let David, I pray you, stand before me, for he has found favor in my sight."  It came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took a harp and played (music/ hymns) with his hand.  Saul was refreshed & was well, for the evil spirit had departed from him.  
1st SAMUEL 18:10 KJV    It came to pass on the next day that the evil (distressing) spirit from (Satan, but allowed by) God came upon (tormented) Saul; he prophesied in the midst of the house.  David played (a harp) with his hand, as at other times. (To consider. 
God does not remove our gifts.  However, there can be false prophecy, for Satan copies God.)
