Healing INFIRMITIES

Matthew 8:16-17 KJVer -16When the evening was come, they brought Him many that were possessed with (oppressed by) devils; He cast out the (evil) spirits with His word and healed all that were sick, 17that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, "Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses." (Isaiah 53:4)
Luke 5:15 - Went there a fame abroad of Him. Great multitudes came together to hear and be healed by Him of their infirmities.
Luke 7:21 - He cured many of their infirmities, plagues, and evil spirits. To many that were blind He gave sight.
Luke 8:2 - Mary called Magdalene had been healed of 7 evil spirits (demons) and infirmities.
Luke 13:11 - A woman had a spirit of infirmity 18 years, was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
Luke 13:12 - When Jesus saw her, He called her to Him, and said, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
John 5:5 - A certain man had an infirmity 38 years.
Romans 6:19 - Because of the infirmity of your flesh, ye have yielded your members to uncleanness and to iniquity. Now yield your members to holiness, because of (past forgiven) infirmity of your flesh
Romans 8:26 -Holy Spirit helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered (in our known language, but only in tongues).
Romans 15:1 - We who are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, not to please ourselves.
2 Corinthians 11:30 - I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.
2 Corinthians 12:5 Of the Trinity will I glory: yet of myself I will not glory, but in mine infirmities.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 - He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. ¹⁰Therefore I take pleasure in (physical) infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak (in body), then am I strong (in human spirit fortified by His Holy Spirit).
Galatians 4:13 - I preached the gospel unto you initially, regarding/because of the infirmity of your flesh.
1st Timothy 5:23 use wine for thine infirmity
Hebrews 4:15 - We have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling (responses) of our infirmities (human nature); but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. (Did not allow the hurts to take root.)
Hebrews 5:2 - Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he (the high priest) himself also is (human flesh) compassed (about/surrounded/harassed) with (susceptible to) infirmity.
Hebrews 7:28 - The law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son (Jesus the Christ), Who is consecrated (as high priest) for evermore.

Romans 8 Verse 26 goes on to say, “Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities….” It is the Greek word asthenia, which would better be translated “weaknesses.” It is used to describe people who are sickly or ailing in their bodies, minds, or emotions. Frequently it is also used to describe people who are spiritually weak. Thus, we see that the Holy Spirit comes to help us because we are asthenia. We are simply too weak: physically, mentally, spiritually and by ourselves we don’t have what it takes to get the job done. This is why we need our (spiritual) partner to help us...
Part of verse 26 could be translated, “…We do not know how to pray according to the need, as is necessary to pray, or as that need exactly demands”...When you say, “Holy Spirit, I need You to help me,” He answers, “That’s what I’m here for. I am here to bear the responsibility of helping you in prayer.” There at the bottom of that pit, the Holy Spirit takes hold together with you in prayer against the hindrances that are preventing your deliverance...Holy Spirit says, “I’m here with you. I’m going to grab hold of this problem together with you. We’re going to press against it until it moves out of your life.” (Holy Spirit, I agree. Thank You, in Jesus' name. Amen.)
