Matthew 6:10 - (Father God) Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
(Insight: Our healing or deliverance is 1st obtained in heaven before it is obtained & manifested on earth.)
Matthew 12:29 How can anyone enter a strong man's house & carry off his possessions unless he 1st ties up the strong man?
Then He can rob his house.

Then Michael, 1 of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia...
"Do not be afraid, O man highly esteemed," he said. "Peace. Be strong now; be strong."
(Spiritual Principle: As it takes 9 months to grow a baby after conception, so does it often take time for your answer or healing to manifest itself. Believe that God is working on your behalf as He & His staff battle out in the unseen realm on your behalf.) (Insight: Daniel was shown in a vision that his prayer was being answered, but not a quickly as Daniel wanted, because God had to first fend off the evil spirits in the 1st heaven of our atmosphere. The 3rd heaven is where the throne of God resides.)

Matthew 12:29 KJV "How else can one enter into a STRONG MAN's house & spoil his goods, except he 1st bind the STRONG MAN? Then he will spoil his house." [Spiritual insight: Spoiling means to reverse whatever problems the enemy (inhabiting/oppressing demons) have caused.]

Luke 10:19 - "Behold, I have given you authority (exousia) to tread upon serpents & scorpions, & over all the power (dunamis) of the enemy; nothing shall injure you."

Instead, Branham's visions were from God.
The pastors, believed that signs & wonders, such as tongues & visions, disappeared with the apostles.
The angel explained that the above scripture applies today. God showed visions to Jesus, Daniel AND Branham. Branham's visions had a scriptural example.

The current events would be our seeing Jesus now in person, dreams, or visions.
When Jesus or His Holy Spirit is here to heal or deliver on earth through us or apart from us, it is always God the Father in operation, per above scripture. The Trinity is at work.)

2nd Corinthians 10:4 KJV - The weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds (in the atmosphere: the 1st heaven &/or 2nd heaven, Satan's headquarters).

They say. 'I thought the devil was thrown out of heaven.' What they don’t realize is this.
Throughout the Bible, we are taught there are 3 different areas called heaven: The heaven where God resides. The stellar heavens (what we call 'outer space')The heavens around this earth (the atmosphere surrounding this planet). This last heaven is where spiritual war takes place. (That’s why Ephesians 2:2 calls Satan the prince of the power of the air.) It is where wicked spirits such as the prince of Persia operate.

The heaven Jesus was talking about there isn’t the heaven where God resides. Nothing needs to be bound there. He was talking about the battle zone, about the heaven where Satan’s forces are operating.
He was telling us we have been given the authority to pull down the strongholds of Satan (2 Corinthians 10:4). He was telling us God has given us power to bind the wicked spirits in heavenly places & to loose the angelic powers of God to work in our behalf. Jesus told Peter in Matthew 16:19, 'I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: & whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: & whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven'...The Greek text of that scripture would literally read, 'I give you the keys of the kingdom. Whatever you declare locked on earth is locked in heaven & whatever you declare unlocked on earth is unlocked in the heavenlies.' Daniel couldn’t do that.
He didn’t have the authority of the Name of Jesus. All he could do was hang on for 21 long, hard days until the angel of God could get through to him. But praise God, you & I, as believers and as children of the Most High God, don’t have to wait 21 days. We don’t even have to wait 21 seconds for the angels to begin their work in our behalf! Philippians 2:9-10 says we have been given a Name which is above every name, & at the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow in heaven, in earth & under the earth. That covers it all...As believers, we have total authority over the powers of Satan. We can take authority over the evil spirits that are trying to destroy this nation. We can take authority over them in the Name of Jesus & pull down their strongholds.
It is time we began to realize how important we are to world affairs. Since the day Jesus gave us the Great Commission, the life or death of the world has been in the hands of the Church. We are the ones who have the mighty Name of Jesus & the awesome strength of the gospel to bring life & abundance to every creature.
We are the ones whose prayers can change every office of authority in this land."

Joshua destroyed 33 kings (Joshua 12:1-34). Each city that Joshua destroyed had a king over it.
Satan has assigned a king to each city, & those kings need to be bound.
There are also higher ranking spirits known as chief kings.

There are demonic ruler spirits over churches, geo-political areas, ethnic groups, denominations, geographical territories, and nations. In 1982 "the Lord revealed to me the strong spirits over the Yukon Territory.
The ruler spirit was called 'Wilderness.' His helpers were escapism, loneliness, alcoholism, wickedness, hardness, indifference, cruelty, covetousness, greed, pride, prejudice, (racial, religious & territorial), independence, rebellion, deception, sexual perverseness & generation curses from the heathen practices of the Indians."
The standard seems to be that ALL ministry should be preceded, often daily, by binding/loosing, not only for individuals, but also for locations.

I've heard it preached that waiting in this Scripture meant to stay in your place expecting God to do something for you in His own time. Then I heard it preached that waiting meant to serve God like a waiter serves those in a restaurant. But when I researched the Hebrew word that is used in this Scripture for wait, it is the word, quavah. This word means, 'to bind together with.' It is used as the word describing how they bind the sheaves together in the field at harvest. When you place that definition into the text, it reads, 'They that bind together with the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings as eagles.' This Scripture is talking about more than just biding time or serving. It is referring to relationship. It is talking about intimacy with God. It is talking about prayer. As the eagle's nature is characterized by his strength, vision, courage and ability to fly high, the saint's strength, vision, courage & ability to fly high spiritually are a direct result of the time spent waiting upon, or binding together with, the Lord. God is looking for some eagle saints who are not afraid of spiritual heights. 1 day he looked up & saw a mighty eagle flying high in the sky & something connected in him with that bird.
He began to flap his wings & flew up on the fence post. Then he got to the top of the chicken coop.
Then 1 day he spread those wings & flew off, never to return to the chicken coop. It is time for many of us to leave the chicken coop. Some of us have been in the barnyard too long. God wants to take us higher.

In addition to untieing/cutting/loosing us from former mate soul ties, after a divorce, one is to cancel the marriage vows/ covenant, in Jesus' name, in order to disconnect one's spirit, soul (emotions/mind/willpower) & body from the partner.

COMMENTARY: Seems there are different levels of authority, as to how and when to send evil.
